1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds on eligible items under the following conditions:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on the following:
- Opened or used products
- Skincare tools and applicators (e.g., facial rollers, brushes)
- Items purchased on final sale or clearance
- Gift cards or promotional items
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us at luxegloww.sg@gmail.com with:
- A clear photo of the item
- A description of the issue
- Your order number
We will replace the item or offer a refund at no extra cost.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for approval and further instructions before shipping the item back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
5. Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).

7. Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
