Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Luxe Glow SG, we aim to provide fast, safe, and reliable delivery for all orders. Please review our shipping and delivery guidelines below.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Singapore and internationally.

2. Processing Time

  • Local orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • International orders are processed within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.

3. Delivery Time

Local Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

International Delivery: 5-7 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons, sales periods, or unforeseen delays.

4. Shipping Fees

For local shipping:

  • For orders $35 and below: $5 delivery fee
  • For orders $50 and above: Free

For international shipping:

  • Shipping fees vary depending on the destination. Please contact us directly to confirm shipping charges before placing your order.
  • For shipping enquiries, reach out to us via WhatsApp/Email/Instagram DMs.

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout before payment is completed.

5. Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the parcel:

  • The courier may attempt redelivery, leave the parcel at a safe location, or contact you.
  • After multiple failed delivery attempts, your parcel may be returned to us. Reshipping fees may apply.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, missing, or delivered incorrectly:

  • Please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will liaise with the courier and resolve the issue promptly.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all delivery information is accurate before confirming your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
